Please complete the form below to self-refer to our Databank service for yourself or someone you know, giving a short explanation of why help is required.
Please be aware you will need to bring ID when collecting. Please note we cannot mail sim cards/vouchers and these need to be collected in person by the individual named on the form. Please fill in our separate self referral form if you require a Food Parcel.
We are delighted to be one of the newest databanks of the Good Things Foundation National Digital Inclusion network.
In 2022 over four million people (8% of the entire UK population) have had to stop spending on mobile, broadband or insurance, leaving them isolated and vulnerable. Our mission is to ensure that those in South Tyneside can be supported.
