Can you help us fundraise to give the gift of food, shelter, warmth & hope to those in Crisis this Christmas? Our Autumn Winter fundraiser is now live!
Last December we gave out 1,192 emergency food parcels to families & individuals who were struggling without food in December. This year we know the demand is even greater!
Can you be a Hospitality & Hope Autumn Winter Fundraiser ? Please help to raise the £20,000 needed to provide food for vulnerable people experiencing food insecurity and homelessness.

We’re putting the FUN in FUN-DRAISING! With two easy fundraisers you can order free from us this Autumn / Winter.
Autumn Winter Fundraiser
1) South Shields Scratch Cards
Our lovely A5 Charity scratch cards, feature 50 South Shields Streets and are free and easy fundraisers.
- Each card has 50 squares; each square is sold at £3 each = £150 income per card.
- Once they’re all sold, you scratch the Prize Box to find out the winning street.
- You can then give the £50 as a prize for your winner on the night
- The other £100 is a donation for Hospitality & Hope.
The card gives details how to donate that money online to us, or we can collect the cash from you.
2) The Alternative Christmas Card Tree Poster
An easy Christmas fundraiser for offices and groups.
We provide you with a large printed A1 Poster with a seasonal scene featuring a decorated Christmas Tree that you can display in the office or wherever your community group meets.
Instead of everyone sending Christmas Cards, everyone purchases a decoration, writes their name (or message) in their chosen decoration.
Baubles are for sale at £3 | Stocking at £5 | Presents at £10 | The star on top of the tree for £20!
A full Christmas Tree is worth £350 of fundraising donation to H&H.

Level of your pledge: This is how many fundraisers of each you would like? The cards give us a £100 donation and the tree is a £350 donation.
Money for the Autumn Winter Fundraiser can be sent to us:
In person: we can arrange to collect the cash to you, or you can bring it to us at H&H HQ in South Shields, NE33 4JR.
Online: It’s so much easier if you can send it online via our Donations Page, with the ref Xmas Fundraiser
There’s an extra bonus if you pay in online and the payee is a UK taxpayer.
The worth of fundraising is automatically increased by 20% as gift aid is added (this is charitable tax relief given by the government) simply by you ticking the gift aid box and giving your personal details. It affects you in no other way.
