EBay Selling
eBay is one of the world’s largest and most active platforms for reselling. eBay have partnered with Hospitality & Hope to help us reach our fundraising goals.
We are currently using eBay to raise funds from smaller but noteworthy items donated to our charity shop and sourcing items independently:
Do you have a general item to sell?
Every time you sell an item on eBay you have the opportunity to donate a percentage to us at Hospitality and Hope. Or you can sell an item and have 100% of the portion of funds raised coming direct to us. Visit our eBay Charity Partner page for further details of how you can buy or add an item to benefit our fundraising.
Please email ebay@hospitalityandhope.org.uk with further details of any items you could offer for donation.
Do you have a high end, luxury items or could offer professional service or time to auction?
In 2026 we plan to hold a seasonal online charity auction as a highlight to our core fundraising efforts.
Do you own a luxury item, or have a professional skill that you could donate for us to auction?
- Offer a free weekend in your holiday lodge?
- Are you a chef who could donate your time for a catered dining experience in a private home?
- Do you own a boat or yacht and could offer a weekend or days sailing for a group?
- Are you a make up artist or beauty professional who can donate a hair cut and make over “glow up” experience?
- A restaurant that could offer a free meal for two?
- A business that can offer products to auction?
Please email fundraising@hospitalityandhope.org.uk with further details of any items you could offer for donation.
We will endeavour to publicly acknowledge any companies that can donate auction items, in news, PR, social media, with logos and links to their own business.

The Small Doll with a Big Impact!
We first met ‘Molly’ thanks to Amanda, who had purchased the doll for her daughter in Chicago over twenty years ago. Wanting to give Molly a new chapter, Amanda generously donated her so we could sell her via eBay, raising funds to support local people in need and giving vintage treasures a renewed purpose.
Soon afterwards, Molly found a new home — giving her a new life with a new loving family and a fresh chapter – her story being just one example of how a simple donation can make a real difference. If you’d like to help, you can support us by donating items to our eBay drive or sell on our behalf.
Now YOU, like Amanda, can either sell on eBay – donating a percentage of the gross proceeds to Hospitality & Hope directly – or donate an item to us specifically for us to sell through our official eBay account.

Thank you for helping us turn thoughtful donations into hope for our community.
Powering Change, One PC at a Time!
Luke recently purchased a donated computer, hoping it could be put to good use supporting his own further education. Thanks to the expert team at local IT company Integrity, the device has now been securely reset and given a new lease of life, ready to help raise vital funds and reduce waste by extending the life of quality tech donations. Digital Manager Wayne, pictured above, was delighted to officially deliver the computer to Luke when he collected it from our Operations Centre shortly after his purchase.
Luke’s purchase shows how a single item can make a real difference, turning unused equipment into practical support for our community. If you would like to help, you can donate tech or other items for us to sell, or even sell on eBay yourself and donate a chosen percentage of the proceeds directly to Hospitality & Hope through our official eBay charity page.
To get involved or arrange a donation, get in touch via our website contact form or email us directly at ebay@hospitalityandhope.org.uk.
